HarvardTHUD

There's a student group at Harvard that plays all sorts of percussion, performing twice a year, and putting videos on YouTube quite frequently. Here's their self-description from their YouTube channel: HarvardTHUD

We're a student-run organization at Harvard College that plays everything percussive: drum set battles, arrangements of pop and classical music, original pieces on found instruments like plastic cups and chalkboards, drumming on buckets, and more. Inspirations include STOMP and the Blue Man Group.

One of the "instruments" they use is something I'd never heard of: boomwhackers. They use many other percussion tools, including red party cups, brooms and dinnerware. It's fun to spend some time browsing their YouTube page.
