The Two Moors Way



It only took a 6-day walk in 2003 to get me hooked on long-distance walking, multi-day treks with a country inn or a b and b for overnight, luggage transfer and occasional pick-ups/drop-offs by b and b hosts. It's a fantastic way to see a country, meet like-minded people and have a memorable adventure holiday.

  • 2003 Pembrokeshire Coast Path: Sandy Haven to Abereiddy 112km
  • 2013 West Highland Way: Milngavie (Glasgow) to Fort William 154km
  • 2017 Hadrian's Wall Path: Bowness-on-Solway to Wallsend 135km
  • 2018 Offa's Dyke Path: Sedbury Cliffs near Chepstow to Prestatyn 280km
Next.... 

I'm contemplating the Two Moors Way in Devon, coast to coast, south to north, Plymouth to Lynmouth, approximately 160km, crossing both Dartmoor and Exmoor. Maybe in 2021.
