2015 Garlic

Planted late last October. Scapes removed a month ago. Harvested this afternoon. Something else worth waiting 9 months for.

Now they've been laid aside in an airy place to dry. There's still have a perfectly good bulb from 2014 so I'm thinking some roasted garlic may be in order.
